As Vice President of Solution Services & The Aladon Network, Florian is responsible for managing Ivara’s reliability consultants as well as Ivara's global network of reliability experts, The Aladon Network, as they help customers implement and sustain a proactive approach to maintenance with the Ivara EXP Asset Performance Management Solution. Leveraging the Ivara Work Smart implementation methodology, Florian ensures implementations are completed in a timely and effective manner, with rapid ROI. Florian also works closely with Ivara’s strategic partners to expand the company’s service capabilities and broaden the market for the Ivara APM Solution.
